The Tidal series is sculpted first in three dimensional texture on panel, then painted with etherial layers of watercolor. All paintings are on 1.5 inch deep cradled wood panels with natural birch exposed sides. Sealed with UV protective, archival matte varnish. Smaller panels will stand independently; sizes 16x20 and larger are wired on back for hanging.

Tidal paintings will vary slightly with the number and structure of waves, just like the ocean. Requests for specific color will be honored as much as possible, please describe your ideal color palette in the notes section at checkout, or email me with specifics. Tidal paintings are signed and titled across the back of the cradled panel.

The average time for completion of a custom Tidal Painting is about four weeks from payment to shipment. Shipping time varies based on carrier and location.
